英國大學3月罷工繼續(xù)，68所大學100萬學生將受影響

　　對于在英國留學的同學們，一個不好的消息傳來：貫穿幾乎整個2月的英國高校大罷工剛剛結(jié)束，三月的罷工就又來了。

　　上周末，英國大學工會UCU表示：

　　本月英國68所大學將面臨為期五天的罷工行動，除非副校長撤銷削減養(yǎng)老金的計劃，并且滿足員工對薪酬和工作條件的要求，否則罷工勢在必行。

　　這一次，足足有超過5萬名教職員工將在兩周內(nèi)采取為期五天的罷工行動，以解決養(yǎng)老金、薪酬及工作條件的糾紛；與上次相同，將有超過100萬的學生受到影響。

　　在罷工首周，39所大學將從3月21日-3月25日采取五日罷工行動；在次周的罷工行動中，29所大學將從3月28日-4月1日采取五日罷工行動。

　　那么，究竟為什么英國會有如此大規(guī)模的罷工現(xiàn)象呢？

　　UCU預(yù)估，英國目前的通貨膨脹率為7.8%，這也就意味著自2009年以來，教職工的實際薪酬下降了超過25.5%；另外，超過7萬名教職工是以不安全的合同聘用的；英國大學的性別薪酬差距高達16%，殘疾人薪酬差距為9%，種族薪酬差距則更高——17%。

　　與此同時，工作人員也正在經(jīng)歷與工作有關(guān)的壓力：至少有超過一半的人可能有抑郁癥的跡象。
