英國留學：申請本科院校怎么寫文書

　　在申請英國留學本科院校時，申請去英國留學讀本科的學生們除了在雅思、A-level等考試中爭取好成績外，還需要將英國留學本科申請文書準備好。不過，申請本科院校怎么寫文書呢？

　　1、在開始之前，校方要求申請去英國留學讀本科的學生先去了解LSE開設(shè)的各個專業(yè)和項目，并且結(jié)合自己的興趣和過往經(jīng)歷來確定自己對哪個領(lǐng)域有興趣，在哪個方向有動力和優(yōu)勢。在PS的寫作中，申請者應當展示出自己對所申請專業(yè)的興趣和強勢之處。

　　2、校方強烈建議你在英國留學本科申請PS中主要討論你想申請的專業(yè)是什么，你為什么要申請這個專業(yè)。校方建議80%以上的內(nèi)容應當是聊學術(shù)的，而不要編什么家庭悲慘故事，或者講什么雞湯勵志啊什么的。

　　校方說你可以提到你經(jīng)歷過的活動，參加過的比賽等，但你寫出來的經(jīng)歷應當和你要申請的專業(yè)比較貼合，能夠證明你的能力或者動力。

　　所以，同學們，在申請這個專業(yè)之前，請先認真地瀏覽一下官方網(wǎng)站的細節(jié)介紹，看一看這個專業(yè)的課程設(shè)置�；蛘哂袟l件的話，多搜一下該專業(yè)的宣傳視頻，所承辦的活動視頻等，全方位地了解，再結(jié)合自己的經(jīng)歷去寫自己的個人陳述。

　　關(guān)于課外活動，LSE是這么規(guī)定的：

　　如果你要夸你體育啊，藝術(shù)啊，志愿者啊，學生會啊什么的，請不要讓篇幅超過20%!

　　LSE還給出了一個錯誤PS示范，讓大家規(guī)避。

　　“I have always dreamed of coming to LSE since I was young. It has been a dream of mine to study at this institution, which is well renowned for its social science courses.

　　I am currently studying History, English and Business and Management at Higher level and Italian, Maths and Chemistry at Standard level in the International Baccalaureate, and feel that these subjects are providing me with a solid background for university study.

I feel that this has provided me with the experience to successfully balance my academic and social life, and I plan to continue this balance whilst at university.

　　It is my dream to become an alumnus of the School, and I am sure that as I am the top student of my class, you will offer me a place.“

　　LSE給出以下點評：

　　1、申請者指出了自己對history有興趣，但沒有寫明白自己做了什么努力，參加了什么活動，做了什么研究。

　　相反，申請者說了說自己在足球隊很厲害，很顯然，這對申請歷史專業(yè)沒什么用。

　　2、申請者特別提到了LSE是個好學校，但好像這并不能完全說明什么，還有點浪費紙。

　　3、申請者特別費勁地列舉了自己學的所有IB課程名字，但很顯然這些課程名字是可以在qualification界面里面查到的，申請者這是在浪費書寫空間。PS的內(nèi)容是應該陳述自己為什么選擇意向?qū)�業(yè)，并且陳述自己的實力和動力的。
