查收！獲得邊境豁免的AUT留學(xué)生辦理返新手續(xù)必知

　　教育部批準(zhǔn)AUT的155名符合教育部規(guī)定的留學(xué)生于2021年7月12日前返校，開(kāi)始第二學(xué)期的校園學(xué)習(xí)，針對(duì)辦理返校的一系列步驟，這里給大家提供一些建議。

　　確認(rèn)獲準(zhǔn)入境返校的郵件

　　如果你符合AUT的提名條件，也符合新西蘭教育部和移民局的邊境豁免條件，你就會(huì)收到AUT的確認(rèn)你被批準(zhǔn)入境的郵件，附帶兩份教育部和移民局的指南：

　　1.Information for Students Being Considered for Entry to New Zealand

　　2.Guidance for International Students Eligible to Return to New Zealand as an Exception to Border Restrictions.

　　按照這兩份指南盡快完成辦理回新手續(xù)。你必須按照規(guī)定在今年第二學(xué)期開(kāi)始上課。

　　下一步，學(xué)院和Admission Team會(huì)給你準(zhǔn)備新的Offer of Place （OOP）以及Invoice; 你收到后，及時(shí)在OOP上簽字，發(fā)回學(xué)校，把學(xué)費(fèi)交清。通過(guò)Arion遞交文件和交費(fèi)最快捷。

　　旅行申請(qǐng)表

　　同時(shí)你可以網(wǎng)上申請(qǐng) Request for travel, 指南上有申請(qǐng)鏈接。注意申請(qǐng)表中的幾個(gè)問(wèn)題：

　　- Approved class of individual:  Priority returning degree and postgraduate students

　　- Have you been nominated by an authorised government agency to submit a request fort ravel as a class exception? Yes

　　- Education Provider name:* Auckland University of Technology

　　- Will you be able to provide evidence that you have enough funds to live on while you are in New Zealand?*  Yes

　　簽證申請(qǐng)：

　　你的Request for travel通過(guò)后，移民局會(huì)給你一份 “Invitation to Apply”, 詳細(xì)告訴你簽證申請(qǐng)的流程，請(qǐng)仔細(xì)閱讀并準(zhǔn)備相關(guān)文件。

　　在網(wǎng)上申請(qǐng)簽證時(shí)，簽證種類要選擇Fee paying student visa。

　　填表過(guò)程中有些術(shù)語(yǔ)要先搞清楚：

　　-  如果你在讀本科課程，你就是undergraduate student。

　　-  如果你是讀研究生或以上的課程，你就是postgraduate student

　　簽證申請(qǐng)表上有個(gè)問(wèn)題：“Statementof purpose”

　　這里給你一個(gè)范例，你需要根據(jù)自己的實(shí)際情況填寫(xiě)，千萬(wàn)不要照抄。

　　- I have studied Bachelor of Design fulltime at AUT from 2019 to 2020 for one year. I have made satisfactory progress on my course and achieved satisfactory results during this period. My class attendance also meets the INZ requirements.

　　- Due to border closure, the impact from Covid 19 I have been studying my papers online part time (or had a gap year) while I am in China. The reason for this part time study is because I only had a few online papers to study; or because of no visa requirement for full time study.

　　- It is very difficult to cope with the online study because my programme requires me to do practical work in the lab/studio/workshop on campus. Returning to New Zealand and studying on campus will reduce my difficulties and enable me to succeed in my study. I hold or or have held a valid visa to study in 2020 and have studied in New Zealand in2019 towards my current qualification and am returning to study with my currentprovider.

　　My universityhas nominated me and the Ministry of Education has approved me to return to New Zealand as a “Priority Returning Degree Student” or a “Priority Postgraduate Student”.

　　- I have enrolled in my programme and paid the tuition fees.

　　- I am intended to return to China (or apply for a post-study work visa; or do further study) once I have completed my study.

　　- I can pay for my study through the funds from the income of my parents. The evidence includes: ANZ bank statement; Bank transfer Certificate

　　如果簽證官需要你補(bǔ)交資料或說(shuō)明，你必須按時(shí)遞交。不要重復(fù)遞交申請(qǐng)，不要多花簽證費(fèi)。

　　訂隔離酒店

　　簽證拿到后就開(kāi)始訂隔離酒店和機(jī)票，因新西蘭和澳大利亞邊境解禁，預(yù)訂酒店床位沒(méi)有之前那么緊張，但是預(yù)計(jì)6月份是個(gè)繁忙月份。你可以通過(guò)刷新關(guān)注隔離酒店房間的狀態(tài)。

　　你需要全額支付酒店隔離費(fèi)5520紐幣。AUT同意承擔(dān)的一半隔離費(fèi)從學(xué)費(fèi)中減免。這些在回校后再申請(qǐng)。

　　簽證申請(qǐng)中要求提交的銀行資金證明

　　如果你申請(qǐng)一年的簽證，生活費(fèi)，酒店隔離費(fèi)，完成學(xué)業(yè)后的回程機(jī)票費(fèi)，需要有2.8紐幣以上的銀行存款。

　　住宿

　　你需要提前找好學(xué)習(xí)期間的住宿。返校的學(xué)生如果選擇入住AUT市區(qū)校園的全新公寓，可獲得1000紐幣的補(bǔ)助。

　　通知學(xué)校你的進(jìn)展

　　辦好簽證，訂好隔離酒店，買好機(jī)票后，切記通知學(xué)校。

　　新冠病毒疫苗接種

　　國(guó)際留學(xué)生可享受新西蘭的新冠病毒疫苗接種。如果你未能在國(guó)內(nèi)接種疫苗，回到新西蘭后接受全國(guó)的免費(fèi)新冠病毒疫苗接種。即使你在國(guó)內(nèi)已接種疫苗，回新后仍需要完成14天的隔離。

　　核酸檢測(cè)

　　新西蘭政府要求入境旅客出發(fā)前72小時(shí)須進(jìn)行核酸檢測(cè)，只有持陰性結(jié)果才能入境新西蘭。
