同很多其他的移民國家一樣,新西蘭技術(shù)移民也會發(fā)生Interview,但是網(wǎng)上很少有幫助大家過新西蘭interview的可用參考資料,所以立思辰留學(xué)就整理了一些具體問題和材料,幫助更多技術(shù)移民的朋友順利過關(guān)interview。
申請新西蘭技術(shù)移民發(fā)生面試,在某些情況下是積級因素,某些情況下則是不利因素導(dǎo)致,因此不能一概而論發(fā)生面試一定是好事,或一定就是壞事,要分具體情況定論。目前只有已經(jīng)在新西蘭技能就業(yè)、并且雅思也符合條件的申請人,才不會被面試,直接下PR。
被要求面試,往往是屬于以下幾種情況
1、移民局對申請人某些材料或資歷產(chǎn)生真實性的懷疑;
2、申請人通過新西蘭本地工作經(jīng)驗來要求豁免雅思;
3、申請人屬海外無job offer申請;
第一種情況,移民局對申請人某些材料或資歷產(chǎn)生真實性的懷疑。
因為這個原因發(fā)生面試的可能非常低,但是仍然少量存在。首先是持有工作擔(dān)保的人申請移民,新西蘭移民局在向申請人發(fā)出ITA后,隨后所進(jìn)行的材料審理環(huán)節(jié),就已經(jīng)會對申請人的材料進(jìn)行詳細(xì)核實與全面評估,如果存在疑問,往往通過發(fā)質(zhì)疑信的方式要求申請人進(jìn)行書面答復(fù)或做出進(jìn)一步的材料補(bǔ)充,在補(bǔ)充材料以后,移民官就會做出決定,認(rèn)可你的解釋或不接受你的解釋。但在某些時候,移民官始終懷疑你工作擔(dān)保的真實性,但是又無法寫出已撐握充分證據(jù)的拒簽信。
此時,如果移民官若草率做出錯誤的決定,會導(dǎo)致對申請人產(chǎn)生不公平或損害到新西蘭的國家利益。在這種情況下,面試就會發(fā)生,通過面試,移民官可以通過多種詢問方式與技巧來找到你的紕漏,進(jìn)而寫出有理有據(jù)的拒簽信;當(dāng)然,另一種可能是成功認(rèn)可了你工作擔(dān)保的真實性。
其次無工作擔(dān)保申請,由于新西蘭存在下簽與拒簽的第三種結(jié)果——WTR,移民官不用像對待那些持有工作擔(dān)保的申請人那樣,非常糾結(jié)于到底是下簽還是拒簽,而是順坡下驢給WTR。
第二種情況,申請人通過新西蘭本地工作經(jīng)驗來要求豁免雅思。
新西蘭的技術(shù)移民政策比較靈活,其政策目的是確定申請人對新西蘭的貢獻(xiàn)作用與安居能力,對于某些英語實在無法達(dá)到雅思6.5要求,但是已經(jīng)在新西蘭工作了兩年或多年,做出了納稅貢獻(xiàn)并且以后完全有能力繼續(xù)當(dāng)納稅人的人,移民局是會視情況給予居留權(quán)的,能提供一份工整的工資稅單,也可以證明正是因為有你在新西蘭的辛勤勞動,才養(yǎng)活了移民官(公務(wù)員)。
對于這一類申請人,由于已經(jīng)確定了對新西蘭的貢獻(xiàn)能力,英語能力要求可以得到一定程度的降低或豁免,移民局往往會通過面試的方式,來判斷申請人的英語能力是否至少可以應(yīng)付日常工作與生活的需求,這一標(biāo)準(zhǔn)實際上是比較低的,只有移民局通過面試后,得出結(jié)論“申請人的英文水平極為有限,甚至無法理解關(guān)于生日是幾號的問題”,才會被拒簽。
第三種情況,申請人屬無job offer申請。
雖然現(xiàn)在160分情況下,海外申請技術(shù)移民無job offer有點難度,但是移民局也沒有硬性規(guī)定沒有job offer就不能申請技術(shù)移民,只要分?jǐn)?shù)足夠還是可以申請的。
對于無工作擔(dān)保的申請人,如果移民局通知面試,這是一件非常好的事情,說明移民局認(rèn)為你可能具備直接獲得PR的能力,但是需要進(jìn)一步面試才能確定你將來對新西蘭的貢獻(xiàn)能力與安居能力。如果已經(jīng)進(jìn)入了審理的最后階段,移民局并未通知你面試,只有兩種可能:1、移民官已經(jīng)決定給你WTR;2、你的條件非常優(yōu)秀,足夠移民官相信你的就業(yè)與安居能力,已經(jīng)決定給你PR。其中屬于2的情況是極少的,所以大部分無新西蘭雇主工作擔(dān)保申請到新西蘭PR的人,幾乎都是順利通過了移民局面試考驗的申請人。
在面試時,你需要向移民官證明你有能力在新西蘭找到技術(shù)性的工作,這也是移民官對你發(fā)出面試通知的主要目的。
以下是總結(jié)出來的一點面試經(jīng)驗,供大家參考:
首先是面試前的準(zhǔn)備,移民局的面試分為兩種,如果你所在的城市離移民局辦公室很近(中國境內(nèi)只有北京和上海有辦公室),移民局則會通知你face to face面試;如果你距離遙遠(yuǎn),移民局有可能會用電話面試的方式。其次整個面試過程可能持續(xù)30-60分鐘,面試官就是你的移民官,通常由1~2位洋人與一位華人組成(新西蘭境內(nèi)發(fā)生的面試,均是本地洋人,頂多出現(xiàn)一個印裔CO),你必須用英語完成整個面試過程。
1、在收到移民官的面試通知后,提前做出一些準(zhǔn)備,將一些涉及要用到的材料打印出來,方便需要用到時提供給簽證官查閱,另外記得帶上通知信與你的身份證件。
2、面試時職業(yè)裝并不是必須的,但是著裝要得體整潔,男士請擦亮皮鞋、夾克、皮包等,女士可化淡裝,香水味不宜過濃,配飾要簡潔。
3、與移民官交談時要正視移民官的眼睛,忌目光游離不定,其次不要出現(xiàn)緊張的跡象,如坐姿僵直,手指緊握等。
4、與移民官交談時要仔細(xì)聽清移民官的每一個問題,并針對性的進(jìn)行回答,要有保持清晰、簡潔的回答與真誠的態(tài)度,不宜長篇大論,也不要吹噓自己在進(jìn)入新西蘭后,將來一定能建立豐功偉業(yè)。
5、如果遇到非常棘手的問題,可以稍加思考,不用急于回答;對于被誤解的回答要及時澄清,但是要注意禮貌。當(dāng)表達(dá)有困難時,也盡量不要出現(xiàn)任何中文回答(雖然中國的KIWI CO可能略懂中文)。
關(guān)于為什么要移居新西蘭時,可以往有利于職業(yè)發(fā)展,向往不同文化,換一種生活方式上靠攏,注意不要提及新西蘭有良好的福利保障制度,更不要向移民官抱怨你現(xiàn)在的生活太累,也不要說出“不喜歡中國,在中國太痛苦”之類的話。
關(guān)于在新西蘭的就業(yè)能力以及為什么認(rèn)為自己有能力定居新西蘭的問題,主要圍繞在你已有的受教育經(jīng)歷、工作經(jīng)歷、以及求職能力與入境后的計劃等方面。
移民官非常在意你過去的工作經(jīng)歷,特別是在新西蘭或中國海外的工作經(jīng)歷,主要涉及的問題如是哪個國家哪一家公司,什么職位,每天的工作內(nèi)容,是否滿意等,提及過去的工作經(jīng)歷以及離職原因時不要表述“主觀性”的觀點,比如在這家管理混亂,根本沒有前途等等。其次是你過去的工作是如何得到的,你都有哪些求職的經(jīng)歷,回答上應(yīng)該突出自己獨立求職的能力。你對新西蘭的就業(yè)環(huán)境是否了解?都有哪些了解?你將來將會通過哪些方式求職?為什么你認(rèn)為自己一定可以找到skill工作?如果找不到怎么辦?回答這些問題,你需要對新西蘭的就業(yè)環(huán)境提前做出了解,比如說通過報紙、網(wǎng)絡(luò)、機(jī)構(gòu)求職時,要能準(zhǔn)確說出名稱。去求職網(wǎng)站求職時,要能準(zhǔn)確地說出新西蘭當(dāng)?shù)刂舐毦W(wǎng)站的名稱或網(wǎng)址,比如treademe或seek,其次求職尋求第三方幫助時,要能準(zhǔn)確說出新西蘭的官方機(jī)構(gòu)名字Work and Income,報紙為The New Zealand Herald。
為了盡可能地避免WTR,你應(yīng)該告訴移民官,你已經(jīng)做了詳細(xì)的招聘市場調(diào)查,并告之你的調(diào)查結(jié)果,并且告知你完全符合新西蘭雇主的招聘要求。當(dāng)問到你的行業(yè)就業(yè)方向上時,你最好已經(jīng)了解了新西蘭與你專業(yè)相關(guān)的行業(yè)的某些公司或機(jī)構(gòu)名稱,并且能準(zhǔn)確的說出名字,比如你有意去AAA、BBB、CCC這幾家公司應(yīng)聘。
你對新西蘭市場的了解程度,將對你的評估產(chǎn)生重要影響,當(dāng)移民官問你如果找不到工作怎么辦時,你可以回答往找相關(guān)職位的工作上靠攏,并舉例說出具體相關(guān)職位名稱,并且告之自己的詳細(xì)調(diào)查結(jié)果,同時認(rèn)為就業(yè)非常容易(要拿出實質(zhì)證據(jù)),不要提及換一份完全與自己專業(yè)毫不不相關(guān)的職位(如果你本專業(yè)都找不到相關(guān)工作,換專業(yè)更不具備條件,更何況移民局就是沖你的學(xué)歷與資歷背景才向你發(fā)出移民邀請,不要中計),無論如何也要突出自實其力的人生態(tài)度。
除求職以外,移民官還要大量問到關(guān)于新西蘭教育、生活費(fèi)用、住房情況等,比如:你是否知道在新西蘭生活一周要花費(fèi)多少錢?登陸后你住在哪里?新西蘭的房租是多少?生病了怎么辦?登陸后家人如何安排?你回答得越詳細(xì),移民官就會進(jìn)一步挖掘得更深,同時進(jìn)一步說明你對新西蘭的了解非常細(xì)致且有深度。如果你的回答了出現(xiàn)了一連串的“不知道,可能,我猜,我估計,不清楚”,或者你只是一般性的淺層了解,移民官就會直接進(jìn)入下一個問題,顯然,你的回答是不能讓移民官滿意的。
最后一個重點是,回答時不要撒謊,移民官非常善長就一個可疑問題步步緊逼,連串發(fā)問。
