瑞士HTMi酒店管理學(xué)院新增廚藝學(xué)士學(xué)位課程

　　瑞士HTMi酒店旅游管理學(xué)院在今年新增加了國際廚藝學(xué)士學(xué)位課程�，F(xiàn)在，HTMi的學(xué)生在完成學(xué)院任意高級文憑課程（Higher Diploma）后都可以參與到這個課程的學(xué)習(xí)中，并可以在結(jié)業(yè)后獲得國際廚藝學(xué)士學(xué)位 (Bachelor， BSc in International Culinary Arts)。

　　President HTMi International Culinary Association Life-long Honorary Vice President of ？Emirates Culinary Guild？Executive Chef and Culinary Instructor， HTMi？ World Chefs Association (WACS) certified Culinary Judge.

　　Chef Kurfürst擁有超過40年的行業(yè)內(nèi)廚藝經(jīng)驗，是HTMi行政總廚及特級講師。他曾在世界各地的五星級酒店中擔(dān)任行政總廚職位。他曾為總統(tǒng)及皇室成員提供餐飲服務(wù)，當(dāng)他在迪拜任職時，他的作品打破過多項吉尼斯紀(jì)錄。他是多個全球廚師行業(yè)協(xié)會成員，同時也是迪拜阿聯(lián)酋廚藝協(xié)會（The Emirates Culinary Guild）的 “終身會長”。Chef Kurfürst 在各類國際水準(zhǔn)的廚藝大賽中擔(dān)任評委，如國際廚師協(xié)會(World Association of Chefs Societies)評委等。

　　Diploma / Advanced Diploma in Culinary， Hospitality or Business， or with 2- 3 years culinary kitchen experience.

　　持有廚藝或酒店管理高級文憑，或2-3年廚藝／廚房工作經(jīng)驗。

　　Age requirements： 18 and above

　　年齡要求： 年滿18周歲

　　Language proficiency ： IELTS 5.5

　　語言要求： 雅思 5.5

　　Prior work experience： 1 year， may include work placements/internships
